Don’t Quit your 9–5 Job

I was financially secure when I left my last corporate job.

When I am asked, “how can I leave the 9–5 job?” people are often surprised by my reply: are you sure?

Even though I haven’t held a “9–5 job” in a decade, I’ve probably worked as much as I did back then as I do now. The benefit, of course, is that I get to pick and choose the work I do and the people I work with. Financial independence has given me choices.
